Work

Selected work.

A closer look at what Design & Development actually produces — what the project was, the constraint, and what shipped. Owned Dorsyth properties and external client work are labeled plainly, not blurred together.

Owned — internal Dorsyth propertyLive

Dorsyth Records

The public website for Dorsyth Records — the label's home for artists, releases, and film.

Problem
The previous site had no consistent design system across artist “worlds” with very different visual identities, and gaps in keyboard accessibility.
Role
Design and development, end to end.
Stack
Next.js App Router, TypeScript, CSS Modules with a shared design-token layer.
Delivered
A production rebuild covering the homepage, per-artist pages, release pages, and video/watch pages, all on one shared token system.
Outcome
Every keyboard tab stop carries a visible focus indicator — 387 stops audited across 12 route and viewport combinations.

External client workDelivered project

Kentucky Lawn & Leaf

A lead-generation website for a Northern Kentucky lawn care and landscaping business.

Problem
A local service business needed a way to turn visitors into quote requests — service-area coverage, proof of work, and a request-a-quote flow, in one site.
Role
Design and development.
Stack
Next.js App Router, TypeScript, Supabase, transactional email for quote notifications.
Delivered
Service and service-area pages, a reviews page, an FAQ page, a request-a-quote form with server-side validation, and a password-protected admin dashboard for incoming quotes.
Outcome
Deployed to production with a live database and a scheduled health check keeping the backend available.
